The clean and simple lines of Lastra are inspired by the wooden slab used for centuries in cheese-making throughout Italy. When fashioned together with twine, the hoop was left with a slight overlap to help maintain the shape of the cheese mold. The deep serving bowl is ideal for serving salad, pasta, and more.
