The clean and simple lines of Lastra are inspired by the wooden slab used for centuries in cheese-making throughout Italy. When fashioned together with twine, the hoop was left with a slight overlap to help maintain the shape of the cheese mold. The white round platter is a perfect serving piece for dinner parties and get togethers.
