The Serenity Prayer

I read this prayer every day.

I hold it in my heart and let it guide my thoughts, my words, and my deeds.

I am grateful for these words as I practice living them on and off my mat.

If this prayer speaks to you the way it speaks to me — I hope peace finds you and holds you in an abundance of tender loving care.
