Woodland Hamsa by Denise Griffin

This particular hamsa was inspired by the many years guest artist Denise Griffin spent in the Buckland Woods on her parents’ 68-acre New England property. Her own children grew up celebrating holidays on the property where they enjoyed many hours searching for the trolls that live in the hollowed-out trees deep in the forest.

The hamsa is also known as the “Hand of Fatima”. This ancient symbol is a universal sign of protection, power, and all that is good. Embracing the energy of the hamsa promotes healing and fosters miracles.
